Return & Alterations:
Minor alterations can be accommodated if needed.
Due to the custom and limited nature of our designs, all sales are considered final. Each piece is either custom-made or produced in extremely limited quantities to ensure exclusivity.
United States Shipping:
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all ready-to-ship dresses within the United States.
• Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
• Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times and rates will be displayed during checkout based on your location.
International Orders:
We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size.
Please note that delivery times for international orders vary by country and customs processing. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Made to Order Process & Shipping Policy:
Design Process & Production Timeline | Each dress is custom designed and handcrafted.
Process includes:
• Design consultation
• Fabric and detail selection
• Measurement guidance and review
• Pattern development
• Hand construction
• Quality control before shipment
All dresses are produced in Serbia by an experienced professional tailor and shipped to the customer's location.
Estimated Production Time: 6–8 weeks from the date the initial deposit is received and final measurements are confirmed. Shipping times vary based on carrier and customs processing.
Timelines may adjust slightly depending on:
• Design complexity
• Fabric availability
• Seasonal demand
• Client response time
Payment Structure:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% balance is due before shipment.
Why payment is split:
• Fabrics and materials are sourced specifically for your design.
• Production begins immediately after deposit.
• The garment is custom-made to your measurements and cannot be resold.
No Return Policy.
Because each dress is custom-designed and made to the client’s specific measurements:
All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
Alterations & Corrections.
If minor fit adjustments are needed:
• Complimentary corrections may be offered if time allows prior to the event date.
• Due to international production, some alterations may need to be completed locally.
• Major design changes after production begins may incur additional charges.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Detailed measuring instructions will be provided.
Rush Order Policy.
If a dress is needed in a shorter timeline than the standard 6–8 weeks:
• A rush fee may apply depending on urgency and production availability.
• Rush production must be approved before deposit is accepted
• Not all designs qualify for rush production.
Late Payment Policy.
If the final balance is not received by the agreed date:
• Shipment will be delayed.
• A delay in payment may impact event delivery timing.
• If payment is significantly delayed, storage or reprocessing fees may apply.
Fabric Availability & Substitution Clause.
If selected fabric becomes unavailable after deposit:
• A comparable fabric option will be presented.
• Client approval will be required before proceeding.
• Price adjustments may apply if alternative fabric cost differs significantly.
Shipping & Liability. Once the dress has been shipped:
• The designer is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs processing delays.
• Tracking information will be provided.
• Shipping insurance may be added upon request.
Media & Portfolio Use.
The designer reserves the right to use photos and videos of the completed garment for:
• Portfolio
• Website
• Social media
• Marketing purposes
